1, 2, or 3 sessions per week (Mon-Fri)

Sessions normally last 30-45 minutes

All exercise sessions done by appointment only

New  Exercise Guidelines

  • Clients are required to wear a mask while exercising

  • Please maintain a 6-foot distance from others in the clinic

  • We are enforcing strict scheduling for exercise clients - please schedule all appointments and arrive at your scheduled exercise time only.

ProActive Physical Therapy and Performance Center in is one of the only supervised exercise centers in Fort Collins and surrounding areas. We provide professionally-supervised and scientifically-based exercise wellness programs to help improve the health, strength, and quality of life for clients in a non-intimidating and friendly environment. Many of our clients who go through physical therapy here at ProActive PT continue on with our supervised exercise program to stay strong, active, and healthy! We develop and modify exercise programs based on individual health, rehab and fitness needs.  Our professional exercise instructors oversee individuals during every session through:

 

  • Setting-up exercise machines

  • Evaluating individual exercise charts

  • Analyzing exercise form

  • Helping patients stay in proper exercise zones

  • Educating individuals on his/her specific exercise program

  • Modifying exercise prescriptions when appropriate
